Q1: Can you tell me a little about yourself?

I'm Ravi, 31, freelance graphic designer based in Bangalore. I work from home mostly, so online shopping has become a big part of my life. I buy everything from work equipment to daily essentials online.

Q2: How often do you shop online?

At least 3–4 times a month. Sometimes weekly if there are good deals.

Q3: Which platforms do you use most for online shopping?

Amazon primarily. Flipkart for electronics sometimes. Myntra for clothes. I've also used Nykaa for gifting.

Review Reading Behavior

Q4: Do you read reviews before buying a product? Why or why not?

Absolutely. Reviews are like asking a friend who already bought it. The product description is written by the seller — obviously they'll say good things. Reviews are from real people.

Q5: Walk me through how you read reviews — what do you look at first?

I first check total number of reviews. More reviews = more reliable. Then I filter by "Most Recent" to see fresh opinions. Old reviews might not reflect current product quality.
