Q1: Can you tell me a little about yourself?

I'm Mani, 24 years old, working as a Software Engineer in Hyderabad. I've been in the IT field for about 2 years now. I live alone, so I do most of my shopping online — groceries, electronics, clothes, everything.

Q2: How often do you shop online?

Pretty frequently — maybe 4 to 5 times a month. Sometimes more during sale seasons like Big Billion Days or Amazon Great Indian Festival.

Q3: Which platforms do you use most for online shopping?

Mostly Amazon and Flipkart. Sometimes Myntra for clothes. I've tried Meesho a couple of times but wasn't sure about quality.

Review Reading Behavior

Q4: Do you read reviews before buying a product? Why or why not?

Always. 100%. I never buy anything without reading reviews first. Especially for electronics or anything above ₹500. Reviews help me understand real-world usage, not just what the seller says.

Q5: Walk me through how you read reviews — what do you look at first?

First I check the overall rating. If it's below 3.5, I usually skip the product. Then I go straight to 1-star and 2-star reviews. That's where people write honest problems. 5-star reviews feel too promotional.
